Context
The project is currently at the concept stage. We received a standard developer-finished apartment with plain white walls and basic features — a blank canvas with no character. The task was to create a space full of identity, aligned with the energetic principles of Vastu and Feng Shui, while incorporating bold accents and subtle industrial aesthetics. The couple wanted a modern, expressive space that reflects their lifestyle and values.

Overview
The apartment consists of three rooms designed with a modern layout that supports daily rituals and comfort. The concept uses deep blue and vibrant orange as accent colors — adding character and energy to the space. Industrial elements such as metal structures and matte finishes were integrated in a soft, balanced way, ensuring the space stays inviting and warm.
Vastu and Feng Shui principles guided the zoning, flow, and material choices — ensuring not just a stylish home, but a consciously aligned living environment.
Challenge
The main challenge was to bring life and boldness into a neutral, characterless developer layout, while still maintaining harmony, functionality, and energetic alignment.
Solution
We introduced a layered color palette, combining calm neutrals with expressive tones. Custom lighting, textured walls, and modular furniture added personality and movement. Industrial notes were softened with natural materials and curved shapes to create balance. Energy mapping informed the layout and key zones to support the couple’s well-being.
