Context
The project began with a secondary-market apartment that had an outdated and overwhelming interior — full of strong contrasts, bright orange and black tones, and a chaotic energy flow. The space felt cluttered and disconnected. The owners wished to transform it completely, creating a soft, minimalistic home that followed Vastu and Feng Shui principles to enhance well-being and energy balance.

Overview
The concept was to design a modern, energy-conscious family apartment that felt calming, open, and nourishing. We removed existing furniture, made structural changes, and reworked the layout — including relocating the entrance to the living room and eliminating a pantry to make room for custom built-in wardrobes. All rooms were unified through a natural color palette of ivory, soft olive, and warm wood textures, while accent tones like forest green and golden yellow were added in the children’s rooms to spark creativity and joy.
Challenge
The main challenges were dealing with the existing dark and overly stimulating design, and adapting the layout to better suit the family’s lifestyle. Technically, it also involved full updates to the bathroom layout, plumbing, and electrical systems, while ensuring that all interventions followed energetic principles.
Solution
By removing unnecessary visual noise and embracing minimalism, we created a fluid space with built-in storage and carefully chosen materials. Natural wood, matte surfaces, and soft tones brought warmth and depth, while vertical elements added structure. The reconfiguration of the apartment allowed for better flow and clarity. Every material and color was selected in alignment with the energy audit, creating a grounded, yet uplifting environment.
